Winston Churchill

Hi everyone,

Today I'm going to introduce You one of the greatest men who
have ever lived - and it was just 40 years ago that he left this
world.
He was a Brit but was the first "Honorary Citizen of the U.S."
He was a soldier and a politician, but also an accomplished
painter and historian. In fact, he wrote the definitive work
on the history of Great Britain.
He was the leader of Great Britain in its darkest hour, but led
it to a great victory.
His name was Winston Churchill.
His spirit can be summed up in these words from what is perhaps
his greatest speech:
"We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall
fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we
shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in
the hills; we shall never surrender."
And neither will you.

Here it is some other thoughs.

"A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an
optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty."

"All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a
single word: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope."
